How long does it take Tx5 to send your saddle? I messaged them after 2weeks. And they told me 4 to 6 weeks. I’m not rushing them . I’m just hoping it comes soon so I can savage what is left of my hunting season. Thanks for all of your information. Happy Holidays

You are getting a product that is hand crafted and not mass produced stock pulled from a shelf. That takes a little extra time, but it is worth every extra day of wait time over the standard offerings. Good things come to those that wait!

Well I was taking with them just before there Black Friday sale and was asking if there was any deals for buying two at once and had no response then I got on there website and seen they had a sale so I ordered but haven’t herd a thing from them on my past email or even after the sale. They should at least send a email saying how long they will take. They should also maybe say there turn around on there site. I hope the saddles are nice but at this point communication is terrible. It sad as I have herd nothing but good about them.

From their site...in the description.

Note: Our saddles are hand cut and sewn right here in Texas, USA! We take pride in the quality craftmanship of our saddles so we choose to not have them mass produced. This does make our customers wait several weeks before they receive their TX5 Lonestar Saddle. We are constantly growing and working on increasing our production, but at this time please be prepared to wait 4-6 weeks from the time your order is placed until your saddle ships.

Thanks. I will say I never seen that anywhere. Just saying they should have it a little more known on all of there stuff and on there invoices. I relize they have covered there self but it should be a little more widely known and also the no response from emails is not good.

You should get something in your email in a day or three...I think that was how mine went ?
Small company, with only a few employees (family) if I remember right.

I'm really happy I was told about them for my first saddle...

Seems weird...I used PP and got a confirmation in a day or two and about 2 weeks later got an email saying order accepted with a order number.

All said and done from order date to getting the saddle in the mail right at 5 1/2- 6 weeks
