I didn’t think it would matter. I’ve added industrial Velcro at the string grooves to deader string slap. And if that didn’t affect anything that I could tell all the way on the tips then thin vet tape shouldn’t do anything. It will be a lot quieter when you throw it on the bottom of the boat and it bounces on the aluminum back and forth to hunt also. Good job.

Love it. Yeah I figured it would not affect the tune much if at all.
