The impulse is a great bow. It's not quite as silky-smooth on the draw, but the trade-off is a more maneuverable package and a good bit of energy increase. I'd hunt with that bow in a heartbeat.

Lol.
I pulled it back with the short cams on it. It’s smooth, breaks over easily or a solid wall but the let off is very long I could see where it could let guys relax and not shoot good form. I haven’t dug too deep in to it yet.
I love the short axle to axle. Undecided about the very short brace height.

Elite bows have a very deep valley. Takes some getting used to, but it'll spoil you once you get used to it.
