Elites are great bows and I’m not biased just because I shoot one too. You gonna have that thing set up before the meet up? What model?

I doubt i will get it set up by then. Idk I have to find the right sight ( I like a sight with a long mount like a target sight) and drop away rest. Way to much work and house remodel going on. It’s the impulse 31.

Can any of you Bow Tech gurus speak to the differences between my Bow Tech RPM 360 (2013ish model, I think) and the newer Bow Tech bows like the Elite?

You’re saying bowtech makes Elite?

Misunderstood OP to say it was a new model of Bowtech, but see now it's different. I'm not so familiar with many bow brands beyond Hoyt, PSE, Matthews, and Bowtech (clearly)...

No I’m sorry I sold my old Bowtech Patriot VFT and bought a much newer Elite Impulse 31.

I went from a 2005 Bowtech Old Glory to a 2018 Realm X. A much bigger time gap than your bow but I can share my experiences. It is better balanced and faster, but not sure that really matters at the end of the day. It is quieter and I feel no vibration/recoil. But to me the reason it was worth the upgrade was the better draw cycle. My Old Glory could cause me issues when that muscle atrophy sets in because I am hanging in a tree, not moving and it is really cold. The draw cycle of the Realm X feels like I cranked down the Old Glory by ten pounds. It is also much easier to hold at full draw. Supposedly still an 80% letoff but it feels like it is cocked and locked. The other positive is that it is easier to tune. You can really fine tune this thing, and it is easy. Oh, and it is not draw length specific. Being able to mess around with draw length is huge.

I suspect your bow has a lot of the technologies that my Realm X has. It was a really big jump for me because my bow was 13 years old.

I went from an old Forge Safari to an impulse 34 last year. Shooting them is like comparing apples to oranges. I bought the Impulse having never shot an Elite. I really it though.

What's funny is the impulse is the least "elite' bow elite makes. Yall think an impulse is smooth, a synergy is like Sam Eliot and Morgan Freeman talking about fine scotch while listening to Miles Davis. Almost too dang smooth.
Yea I have 0 complaints with the synergy.
