What’s everyone taking to the woods this year?

My next bow is a Centaur, 56", 50# at 28 1/4" with carbon limbs. Just don't know when I'm going to get it. I'm hoping before November 1, we'll see.
Jim Neaves is a perfectionist, his bows are shooters!

This is a fact! I have shot quite a few hybrid longbows over the years and still own a pile of them. Centaurs are the cream of the crop IMO. I currently have a Chimera very similar to your specs. 56" Dark cocobolo, myrtle veneers, stippled grip, antler engraving, prairie rattlesnake skins.....you only live once, go big or go home! :)

I love my centaur until it snapped at full draw it sucked bad since I got it used never replaced it but one day I will. It looked amazing with rattler skin on it. It hangs on my wall now days. It was the most accurate bow I owned at the time

My old Kmag. 52# @ 28"
GT Trad Classic XT 340s cut to 28 5/8"
GT SS 80gr inserts, 2" 2013 xx75 footers, and 200gr Abowyer Boneheads View attachment 32787

I e had a couple KMags. Fine bows. Mine were too heavy. I could handle a 40 pounder. I had a left hand for a while when I was trying to shoot left hand because of shoulder problems.

Maddog prairie predator 50@28 3 rivers trad carbon 400 with 3 gpi tube and Simmons Mako in the high 400s in grains and they come out straight and hit solid
