What’s in your quiver?

I went to iron will single bevels with bleeders this year. Have yet to put one through a deer. I can constantly hit spots with them better than I can with FP’s. I’m thinking about getting IW’s for my crossbow too.

Shot Kudus a couple years ago and never again. Had to put 2 more into a deer after putting 2 into him to begin with. Buck stayed alive for 6 hours after the first 2 until I finished him off. I know 4 shots sounds ridiculous and that’s cause it is but it’s true. IMO, the blade angle isn’t steep enough to work like a single bevel is supposed to so and the blade isn’t very wide so it just zipped right through. I never had an issue with Slick Tricks that I shot for years before that also. I know, it’s apples and oranges but that’s my experience. Switched to Tooth of the Arrow last year and haven’t shot anything with them yet to know. Picked them cause I like the Slick Tricks alot but I prefer a one piece head, which the TotA are.

Also using qad exodus 125s here. Only shot one deer with them but they punched through a smaller doe just fine, even hit some bone. Most broadhead would on that size animal though I'd guess.

I shoot Qad exodus 125 grain on a 531 grain arrow and I’ve blown through both shoulders on two mature bucks this year . I’ll never shoot another head as long as they continue to make them

Been using the Kudupoint contour plus 125 gn this season. Have two complete pass throughs with a wide wound channel. Both deer dropped less than 30 yards away. 450 gn arrows.

This season and the last 2 was element tornados with either Kratos or dead ringer butchers. For 22’ gonna be Vector HMR with SIK F4

Magnus Hornets and Stingers 125 g (2 blade and 4..mostly 2)...I use both the serrated and regular...Mike at Magnus recommends the serrated (at least he did in my discussions with him) he told me he thinks that that particular blade does a bit more damage. I have killed with each...both work well and Magnus is a great company...they stand behind their heads. I do hand sharpen them and have killed multiple deer with 1 head. The 2 blade does not leave as much blood on the ground imo. I actually prefer the 2 blades with my set up for my tune of my bow. 300 spine axis.. 75 brass up front... 125 g magnus hornet/stinger...3 fletch blazer or razyer feather....finish at 570 grains. 60 lb BowTech Realm.
