What bow are you hunting with this year?

Hoyt powermax bone collector edition. Not sure on the year, maybe some other hoyt guys can help me. I want to say '16 or '17? Either way I'm very happy with it. Picked it up used at the end of last season. I've been shooting it regularly since February and I have all the confidence in the world in it.

Beware of the man shoots but one bow.......
Why would I want to hunt with another bow when this recurve shoots great for me? The same thing could be said of a woman...why would I "try" another when the one I already have suits me just fine?

This bow is the same one I helped build.
Its the same one that's put 3 P&Y on my wall plus a bunch of other almost P&Ys.
Its the same bow that got dropped from 20 feet and then killed a nice 4 year old 8 point 3 hours later.
I love this bow :))

Triax this year. Sorry trad team. My three young boys are keeping me from practice. It doesn’t seem ethical anymore. 6 years of recurve only came to an end.

Been there. My daughter is 11 and I’m getting some time back but I’m still shooting the compound occasionally. For the first year in awhile I feel like I can put in the necessary time to carry the stick more frequently. It’ll come back.

You're almost out of room for deer tally marks!:D

I've slowed down a lot in my old age so that's not a problem. Thirty three of those marks came from it's first three seasons. That was back when I was really mad at the deer. Now days I'm just happy to be able to climb and hang, hoping to see a deer.

Bowtech Reign 6. Did have the bowtech allegiance and it was awesome, now it’s for sale.

Mathews halon 32 with the ez-v. Up until this year I had a PSE whitetail madness love it and had brand new strings put on it and a whisker biscuit last season mid season but came across a deal I couldn’t pass up. Now I’m trying to sell it and I never thought I’d have a problem selling it but that’s what I get for thinking lol.
I love my PSE. I just got a new string put on it at Lancaster Archery, and one of the techs told me that PSE is still getting over the pains of the Pete-Shepley-free days. Despite the quality and shootability of their bows across the price range, they got mixed up in some RTH packaging that dumbed down the public perception their quality in big-box retail.
That’s a long-winded way of saying: great bare bows, hold their value with those who know them, and anyone who is considering buying one should not pay attention to negative feedback based on peripheral equipment or a bow they grabbed off a Cabela’s (or even Wally World) shelf without proper tuning and testing.
Good luck selling that thing, it’s a hell of a bow.
