Ya know, surfing those waves is great shoulder exercise. For deer hunting of course...
Swim parallel to the shore until up get out of the rip currentMan…a Canadian man and his wife were washed out to sea when they were walking that beach the night before I arrived. Found the lady and were able to resuscitate her, but they never found the man’s body while I was there. Sad stuff.

I agree practice over and over , same way.Today I went to practice one stiking to get more comfortable doing it and work out any bugs with my stuff.
I been climbing different type trees to see if it will work across the board for me and so far so good.
As with all my tree stands I am getting it to a repeatable method.
I like to climb up and down in a specific order everytime as much as possible.
I substituted my tether for a long line and on my first climb today I forgot to clip my bow line to my belt.
Not that I was going to haul the bow up but I use the same line to retrieve my rappel/climb line with after I descend.
I made a Blake's hitch and went back up with bow line in tow.
What a pain that was without a slack tender. Lol
This is a fine example of why I get an order of operation and stick to it.
Really liking the system.( Cain method)
Even more of a friend to brave Baltimore!Sounds like you sir, are the really good friend, helping him move up a 4 floor walkup
Thank you for being willing brother!I walked out on the back of the ship, and looked left at Egypt and right at Saudi Arabia for HOPEFULLY the last time in my career. I have made this dang trip a solid 8 times...so a total of 16 times through this canal. On the way home though, so shooting my bow, figuring my set up and just enjoying time back with the family is in my near future.
No worries my friend, Happy to do it...just ready to retire from it and move on lol.Thank you for being willing brother!
