What do you want to know about the Tactisaddle?

I never laid sole claim to any thread nor did I ever want that to be the case. It’s just real shady that people bash a product because it wasn’t put on here first...reviewed by a “Frat boy” here first then when someone outside of the “Frat” comes a long with a legit review now all of a sudden it has to be done by and reviewed by the “Frat” because they are the real true natural born saddle hunters. Nutterbuster you liked my thread TWO minutes after I posted it so don’t claim to have never saw or read it! But thank you for admitting that you’re only doing this to promote yourself.
Dude, tone it down. If you don't like it here you're more than welcome to leave.

Welcome to my life. I try to keep this site in good shape but I'm constantly battling multiple people starting threads on the same topic. Everyone does it and it's just what ends up happening on online forums.

If you think 1 guy starting another thread on the same topic is bad, think about how I feel with the 100's of look my mantis/kestrel arrived in the mail today threads out there.

When the tactisaddle is all rolled up bundled up jumbled up in a pouch or pack, and you pull it out, how annoying is it to get it straight and put on?

I know that's one of the complaints of the anderson and wraptors (seemingly getting addressed in some forms and fashions). This seems like it might be a similar deal.

I understand the intent is to wear it walking, hence the request for you to walk two miles in august in south bammer to tell us how comfortable it is.

Valid concern. Even if you wear it to walk in, you gotta put it on at some point. Reminds me of the harness that comes with every treestand.... I always ended up putting a leg loop around my shoulder and fiddling with the tangled mess. Then I wised up and bought a good vest style harness. then I wised up more... I'll be interested in hearing Nutter's (and anyone else's) thoughts on it once they test it out a bit.

I'll be sure to let you know when I get it. I think it should wear in well, but am curious to see how it untangles. Looks like it has two different color straps, which might be deliberate to help with confusion?

@PAhunter78, thoughts?

Guys there is a report option on every post. If you feel someone is doing something wrong please use it instead of engaging each other on the forum. If there is a particular member that makes you feel like you have to respond there is an ignore feature and you won’t have to read there posts.

It it oblivious this saddle solves the concern not being breathable like the Flex. It also has an adjustable stopper knot. Interesting’

Well if we are back to the Tactisaddle there are more options than just bridge length and waist size. You can get the saddle with just about any bridge length you want. I talked to John and he will try to accommodate any reasonable request. He is making one for me with a 24" bridge that is not fastened to the saddle on the left side so that I can use a carabiner. I will be able to adjust bridge length to whatever length work for me and not have to step through my bridge to put on the saddle. Also he offers a light weight option that replace the metal buckle with a plastic to save a few more ounces. Anyone wanting to order one should call and talk to John he is a dream to work with and there may be more options than these. These are just the ones I asked for and every request was met with a no problem response and no added cost. Even if you don't want a Tactisaddle give him a call you just might learn something from a guy that loves to talk bowhunting and saddles in particular.
