Unfortunately this will never happen. The FOMO factor will always have people spending whatever it takes to say “I’ve got one. I’ve tried one. I have the newest.”I voted too expensive. And, that's not a knock on this particular one. I believe every saddle currently retail sold is too expensive for what they are. I'll stick to my sitdrag until the prices are in line with the materials they're made from. I won't hold my breath though.

Still overpriced with the costs.Materials? You forgot all the other stuff you have to pay for. Probably a 10-20% margin off the top. Labor and production costs, insurance, admin, customer support, marketing, etc. That's just how it works.
Yep. That one's more in line with reality. My son has that one.I just got a Treehopper Recon and it's made really well for the price. It may not be for everyone because it doesn't have some of the fancier features of more popular saddles. The leg straps are basically disposable but are functional if you want them. Can't bring myself to spend $200-300 for the saddle alone. I'll probably pick up a Treehopper platform sooner or later. It's also reasonably priced compared to everything else out there.
Dislike the leg strapsHad it and sold it?
Won’t try it because X?
Sits in the garage because…
Hopefully my options cover it, if not let me know and I’ll try and add them. Either way - I always blow rainbows everywhere about the hybrid. I’d like to see some good quality complaints and arguments against using it. If it seems compelling, I may offer a video detailing how to overcome those issues, avoid them, or admit defeat.
so here we go, tell me why the hybrid sucks.
What is new on the gen 3 from the gen 2?
From what I understand they have buckles that adjust easier and better blackstraps

That was the reason I sold my original Gen 1. Tall, narrow dude, wide seat sticking beyond my shoulder width like I was carrying sticks sideways...For the folks saying too bulky to carry in. Is the issue the width of the seat?
