What's really needed for hunting?

What is really NEEDED? A functioning weapon and a place to hunt.

What would IMPROVE the hunt?
Basic observation skills.
I'm constantly amazed at how some people blunder their way thru life being oblivious to things around them. Life (and hunting) is nothing more than a collection of details. Learn how to observe the details, react accordingly, and you'll be more successful in everything you do.

If I had to survive on what I could kill catch and no laws...I'd be be stocked up on #5 long springs, 330 bodygrips and as many snares as I can make. Deer are easy to snare.
 
Weapon, knowlege of and how your target uses area and of course any legal permits or liscence lawfully required.
These days clothes are optional. Remeber these days almost everything or anything is acceptable by society.
