I only notice one really obvious saddle (the landscape variety) but this info isn't enough. You'd want to know where bedding areas are, water sources, food sources, type of cover, how thick the cover is, and where.

I have to agree. I would start with that. However, I would look along the north by northwest side of the map you have a draw working there around the 740 ft. marker.
 
Prevailing winds?
I’m guessing it’s southern Oklahoma so it would typically be out of the southeast or northwest.
I would check that ridge in the northeast corner for bedding...
I would check the red area for southeast wind bedding at about the 1/3 elevation (military crest as Dan Infalt calls it) with cover at their back, looking downwind.

The blue areas are spots I would check for bedding on a northwest wind, same story.
There is a point on the west side that lines up perfect for a northwest wind bedding spot too, if there’s proper cover.

I would pay particular attention to the only labeled 730 contour line based on just that screenshot.
