Which cam cleat does everyone prefer and why? Thinking I may put one on my shikar. Seems most run amsteel, I was thinking accessory cordage of some sort. What's the pros cons?
 
I put a Harkan 150 on a 12 and a 14 Sh1kar stick. I went with the Harkans because I had already bought 1/8th full bury amsteel for the clam cleats. That was the only reason I went with them. That said, I just put both sticks threw a few hours of of use, 1 sticking, with a 3 step aider and they performed as expected. Not alot of time but no issues. Im not sold on 1 sticking but I am sold on Rappelling down when using aiders. I think its a personel decision which cleat, just use in spec cordage.
