Which scent free detergent do you use?

One specifically marketed toward hunters (Dead Down Wind, etc) or a more "generic" name brand detergent?

I use Sportwash or Hunter Specialties on external layers because they contain no UV brighteners. But for all my base and mid layers, I will use any of the free and clear varieties...All, Arm and Hammer, etc.
I never wash base layers with outer layers because the outer layers will often have a burr (like the miserable beggars lice) stuck to it and sure as crap, the burr will end up transferring to a base layer in the washer. And it seems like its somewhere that I dont discover until I'm in the tree and its usually in the middle of my back or somewhere else that is difficult to reach.
Never wash outers with base layers.

Also, how often do you wash everything? Base layers after every hunt? Outerwear after every hunt or every other hunt? Dependent on the amount of sweat exerted?

I use dead down wind. I have used hunters specialties also. I wear scentlok so J don’t do but maybe three or four loads of camo a year. That’s more gloves, hats , towels and undergarments than anything.

Everything (except for scentlok), every time, unless a clean washing machine is not available. Then things get ozone.

For the last couple years I’ve switched to cleaning my clothes with an ozone generator. I’m lucky enough to have a closet in the house dedicated to my hunting clothes. No matter how nasty my clothes are after 30 mins or so in the ozone they’re scent free. Main reason I started using it is because I hunt south Louisiana and it’s always super hot here and my clothes would smell horribly from sweat after one or two hunts. I mainly use scentlok clothing which is carbon activated and you really aren’t supposed to wash a ton. Plus it saves on the wear and tear of washing the clothes over and over. I also purchased a rechargeable ozone generator so when I’m at the camp I can hang my clothing on the seats of my truck and clean my clothing. I much prefer the ozone over washing my clothing.

I use whatever scent free liquid is the cheapest at the local grocery store and use the cover scents that smell like dirt, something about that smell I love!! And once the season starts I use nothing deodorant wise or soap wise that has any smell to it plus I take chlorophyll vitamins and I have deer downwind of me alot!

My non hunting clothes get washed in all free and clear. My son had a rash a couple years ago and I convinced her it was an allergic reaction to laundry detergent. Now I have to get rid of the scented candles.

I've been using baking soda and adding a little of the green hunters specialties body wash for the past few years. I wash after all my under layers after every sit. My outer layers get washed occasionally but get ozone bath after a few hunts, unless they get real dirty or blow stained, then they'll go in the regular wash.

Chlorophyll vitamins? That's a new one to me...
I've been taking chlorophyll for quite a few seasons.
It does not make a human odorless, but every little bit helps. Try to reduce odor in each and every way. It all adds up. If I can reduce my odor by even 20% then odor busts will be much less extreme.
I still get busted from time to time, but the intensity of the deer's reaction is much less severe than they used to be. They often just kinda walk away. Seldom do I see full blown deer panic.

I bought Seventh Generation a few weeks ago. I was using All Free and Clear but it has UV brighteners so deer can see you better. :)
