Who's not using a pack and just pouching everything?

I'm going to try ditching my pack this year. I weighed it recently and it's over 3 pounds. Also switching to the LWCG .5 so I can bungee anything I need to the platform. When I'm hunting, rarely go into my pack anyways.

I only take my pack in now, in places I would be unable to jet sled or deer cart a deer out because of terrain. I have 4, blackhawk molle nalgene water bottle pouches on my H2 Saddle that carry everything I need. Many times I have one with nothing in it. Shoulders trap for my beast sticks and I'm on my way.

I'm more worried about the sound of the pee hitting dried leaves after falling 25 feet, and also I once lowered my bow and pack into a wet spot.
I had a doe walk over to me when she heard the sound of liquid hitting leaves from 20 feet up. She wasn't alarmed at all. Only happened once though.

I use a military LBV with a small hydration pack in the back and some ammo pouches on the sides for ground hunting and it works well for me.

This vest is pretty nice. They only got in XS but I have it all cinched down pretty tight with lots of adjustment left. I like it so much because it has elastic between the panels so when u cinch it tight it acts like a 6-8 inch wide padded back brace. If anyone small frame/slim/athletic build with a bad lower back wanted a cheap molle back brace this is a pretty good deal. 10 bucks. Obviously didn't come with the pouches in my pic.
