Looking to get a good handsaw (preferably a top-notch one with a lifetime warranty). Anyone have experience with Wicked Tree Gear's saws or EZ Kut'z wow saw? And are there any other brands/models I should take into consideration?

I have used a wicked tree saw for a few years now. There is nothing I can say bad about it. The blade is still super sharp, the grip is nice and as solid and durable as it feels it isn’t too heavy. I was destroying handles on Gerber’s about half way through the season and hated dealing with the flimsy blades. Wicked is 1000 x’s better.

I have been extremely happy with my Wicked but the only thing I have to compare it to is the cheap saws I used for years before. I haven't used any other quality saws.

Silky cuts both ways, just giving advice on using a saw guys. Same with a file, they can cut both ways, but its not good to drag the file backwards.
I have the Zumbat and mainly use it for habitat work.

Hey Red.....3d season is over and the leaves of fall are changing. Time to hang and hunt. lol

Bahco 396-LAP Laplander Folding Saw, 7-1/2 -Inch Blade, 7 TPI - I get them on Amazon for 24 bucks

I have the hooyman 5’ saw, and I wouldn’t buy it again...
Between it and a wicked, I would choose the wicked.

I don’t know if silky has a similar collapsible pole or not, but I have heard nothing but great things about them.

I had one back in the day made by Golden Key that you could cut a load of pulpwood with! I now have a Browning brand one that works well!

I have a friscars brand that is over 12 years old. It's bent a bit but still cuts like hell. In my pack all the time.
