Me: yea I’ve been getting nothing but doe pictures on my cell camera. They are still fun to look at though. I might need to move or adjust it soon.
wife: oh great here comes another 6 months of nothing but deer hunting talk… bleh….
Me: I didn’t even say anything about deer hunting!
Wife: yea. But you were thinking it, it’s getting that time of year again.

Well 3 years into marriage and she’s starting to get the hang of the whole deer season thing at least lol
And this is how the many a separation began. Just start taking her with you. First kill and maybe she will catch the fever lol

Please tell me you are taking a poo not just once a week on Thursdays?
This is great! Y’all schedule days to use the bathroom too  must be a lot of kids in that household
No kids and no responsibilities, she just thinks we got them when she tries to treat me like one about chores. The bathroom is simply a reminder to clean the bathrooms not to use the bathroom.

I added that to the calender when she was out of town for a month to try and remind myself to do chores while she was gone. Y’all already know I just waited to the day before shot got back to do everything. I just haven’t taken the reminders off the calender yet.

What separation? She had no hobbies but is welcome to come with me whenever she wants. She came with twice last year and might just try and get her in a tree this year if I can get her warm enough and to stop drinking so much coffee and having to pee every 15 mins on the hour. She invited herself last year haha. I guess she likes hanging out with me more than she hates deer hunting lol

That is until you make her drag your deer for you...

It was more teasing. Some of my friends claim hunting season lead to their divorces lol
It is nice that she takes up your hobbies and you take to cleaning the bathroom on Thursdays

I eventually gave up on scheduling and just gave into the phrase yes dear. Lol a wise man once told me, when you give up hope, you’ll feel much better.:tearsofjoy:

This just in from the Mrs regarding hunting, “well at least you’re not playing video games all the time.”

I should start a book full of wife quotes. Post up any funny quotes your wife has made about you and your hobbies. Bonus points for comments on hunting or saddle hunting specifically.
I saw a sign in a gun store once that said - "My greatest fear in life is that after I die my wife will sell my guns for the amount I told her I had paid for them."

My wife reminded me last night that she will be killing all the deer while I’m in France for 2 weeks! She just wanted to make sure I didn’t hide the tractor keys so she can drag them outta the woods:pensive:
How funny would it be if you came home and you were both tagged out because she submitted some kills for you  once she was out of tags
