Wild Edge order issue

A couple weeks back I ordered 2 KISS Line kits from WEI online. The package arrived within a week or so, but it contained 1 Line Kit, and it was the version with a Kong Duck, not the KISS Line Kit with the prussic and tender.

I emailed WEI referencing my order number, got an automated response that they would be getting back to me soon. It's no been a week and I haven't heard from anyone.

Have others had any trouble getting a hold of customer service? I couldn't find a phone number to call, and my emails to customerservice@wildedgeinc.com and questions@wildedgeinc.com have remained unanswered. Any ideas or a contact I could reach out to?

Maybe reach out to them on their instagram, drew the owner tends to update the story on there alot. Maybe @Murph4028 might know even though he's not with wild edge again.

One of the many reasons I'm not there anymore..

I love my steps and I loved my perch even though it was over priced for what it was.

But when I see customer service issues from a company that constantly is posting pics of going boating and family time rather than putting the hours in to the business I have a problem. Granted family is very important and I wish I could spend more time with mine but there has to be balance. It’s not hard to be on top of customer service and emails in the small niche industry. They are losing followers due to customer service not their products.

I’d contract your credit card company, PayPal or whatever you paid with and get a refund. That’s ridiculous.

Completely unsurprised. The customer service presented by WE is probably one of, if not the slowest / worst I've experienced in this industry.

The way I see it, you are an honest person. You received the incorrect product, notified the vendor and the vendor ignores your response. The product you received is of more value. Sell that Duck and order the missing pieces from DanO.

What's sad is that one even needs to consider that. BTW I agree with you.

Just as an update - I did get a response back from WEI after another follow up email. They sent me a KISS line kit and ate the difference between the cost of the the other KISS kit and the regular line kit I was supposed to get. So once I got a hold of someone it was worked out very fairly and quickly.
