13 1/2 days without any e mail with status as the site states. Numerous emails go unanswered. I am not even griping about delayed shipment (
though these products were not on the 4 week delay). I am only begging for an updated status. No phone number that I can find.
Thanks i just needed to vent and my wife will not listen.
