Wild Edge shipping status

Ordered June 28th still says pending and not shipped going on week 8 on Friday I've also emailed this morning waiting on response!

I have a set of 12 with bag that I was thinking of posting in the classifieds. If you don’t get yours before hunting season let me know and I can let you borrow them to get you out in the woods for archery opener. You’re just up the road from me.
 
I ordered stepps at the end of July and have emailed and just getting radio silence back. It said 4 weeks in the email and on the webpage but over 6 weeks now and can’t get any info. Anyone else?
 
I emailed WE about cancelling my stepp order placed 8/20 because I couldn't wait until after season started to get my climbing method. They responded rather quickly with an email that said that they had ramped up production and were quickly catching up on orders. Said I was welcome to cancel my order or wait just a little bit longer so I elected to trust their statement and I'm gonna wait on them a little bit more.
 
I ordered a custom 10 pack on 8/11. No word since the order confirmation, which stated:

** ALL orders of STEPPS are BACK ORDERED!!! **
**Expect delays with your order being filled ... 4 weeks**
All other orders (any without Stepps) will be processed within 2-3 business days, if purchased separately from an order with Stepps. Once your order is being processed, you will receive an additional email to keep you posted on the delivery timeline.


I’m in week 5, so there you go. It is what it is, so it’s wise to have more than one way to climb a tree.
 
Ordered 8/29, shipping notice on 9/20, at my door 9/23. Props to WE for getting them out quicker than expected
 
Ordered 15 Sep shipped 30 Sep, should be here Wednesday. Much faster than I was expecting with everyone else's wait times. Excited to try them out this season.
 
Ordered my 8 step set on the 17th of Sep, shipped on the 29th of Sep and arrived today 2nd Oct! Can’t wait to try them out.
 
I ordered on Monday (10/14) and still haven’t received a shipping notification. The website says all orders ship within 2-3 days. I’ve emailed them but no response. Has anyone else run into this?

I hit them up on facebook before I ordered and got a reply within minutes, try that? Seems every manufacturer is slow to respond to emails these days as they are swamped
 
I sent a message on their Instagram. They said it should ship Monday. Hoping that’s true.
