With the rising interest in saddle hunting looks like any quality geer will come with a waiting list
 
Their web site said 8 to 10 week approximately.

They aren't fullfilling that timeline. When I called they actually initially told me it would be longer. When I pushed the issue a little on the timeline they were putting out the guy on the phone I believe his name was Brent said no issues they'll get them out on 1 July. I also had two separate orders. 1 was a perch and the other was steps ordered a few days apart. Not only are they getting them out earlier than they were, they are combining my orders in shipping and refunding the second order shipping cost. Great company just a little ambitious on the time line. Don't know what's going on but if you've been waiting a while and haven't heard anything give them a call or email and they will probably get you straightened out.

Love my steps but the company's communication leaves something to be desired. I don't understand having sales exceed orders by so much if that is the case. I am picturing one guy welding his butt off and am wondering if they actually have a manufacturing process.
 
I'm betting that SH has had an effect, as has the article in Petersen's. That said, just being a little more transparent with some actual real shipping times would really be nice.

They have been sold out and late shipping since G2Outdoors done the knaider/ swaider YouTube video. They should send him a Thank You card.

I also ordered April 10th and haven't gotten any notifications. However, calling/emailing only slows them down more. They seem like a great company. I haven't read anything about anyone being totally forgotten about. Just delayed.

Just like tethrd...I'm more excited to see they are busy than I am frustrated that their times are delayed.

They are making more money and that's a good thing. I guarentee new products are going to be launched as a result of all the new input and increased revenue.
 
You may be absolutely spot on. Just think the information that is out there could be a little more accurate is all.

AGREED with ALL vendors, honesty IS the best policy. Period!

A man or company is no better than their word.

It’s much nicer to get something scheduled to deliver in Aug early than the frustration of waiting in Aug on something that was supposed to deliver in June. IMHO.

That's a little disappointing. I ordered steps alone and they are supposed to arrive in the 16th week. I guess they are prioritizing base on the perch order? Not a great model, in my opinion.

That's not fair and a bad business decision if this is true. We want the saddle hunter industry to grow, but not at the expense of using revenue cash flow from other transactions to fund product exposure. Misrepresenting customers ETA's because they didn't purchase all your products and leap frog other deliveries in front of other customers is disengenuous to say the least. I'm hoping WEI changes this policy and makes good on its promise to deliver on time

This!! Why I'm not worried about not receiving any kind of notification yet. With all the posts on the subject and seeing wait times of 17+ weeks, figure they will show up when they show up. In 4 months, if I still haven't heard anything, I'll look into contacting them. Until then, just going to let them focus on getting that **** pushed out! More than one way up and down a tree.
