Had some scrap galvanized wire and bent this contraption up this evening. The bag works I just wanted to try something that suited me better.

I tried it in the yard this evening and it worked fine. The steps stay in place even when the ropes are undone and hanging.
Very simplistic design. I really like it. I ordered kydex and once I stop procrastinating I'm going to make a holster. I don't have a means to bend metal or I would try this as well. Great work man!

I used the pin on my trailer that holds the ramps on and bent the wire by hand
