Anyone order from WEI recently? I ordered some items two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything after 3 different correspondence attempts (2 emails and a FB message).
 
I have a issue with my prusik slipping. Sent a e mail over a week ago and left a vm this morning.
 
They have terrible customer service/business sense! I really like their steps(which they didn’t design and do not make) and their platforms are nice designs but WAY over priced. Last year all I ever heard or saw from them was them building a shop and hanging out with their kids.

Don’t forget they released a saddle last year….that they paid someone else to design and make before they mass produced them. Oops I guess that part wasn’t common knowledge.

There are plenty of them used on here and the saddle hunter classifieds FB page. You should easily be able to find some gently used or dang near new!
 
Same thing happened end of last summer. Ive always had good response to emails and orders at other times of the year.
 
Three weeks and still no response from Wild Edge??
I am assuming I am not the only one with a Prussik issue.
 
Have you sent a message to Drew Walter directly on FB? He seems to be the one answering questions on posts on their FB page.

I'm all for giving companies ample time to respond, especially during busy season, but going on 3 weeks is unacceptable. I wouldn't quite be going scorched Earth yet, but I would be posting on every single social media post that they do asking why they haven't responded to my email about an issue yet.

I have had quick communication through Instagram DM. No problems with products just questions, but answers within the day usually.

Again, not everyone has social media. If you aren't going to acknowledge customers that contact you via email or phone, why have and/or advertise them as a viable method of communication? They LOVE to throw spam email my way though....
 
Surprises me, I figured like last summer it would be business as normal after vacation. Poor communication and customer service will catch up to any business.

I reached out to them via email and they responded within a day or two.
