What info do you need? These are my primary climbing method... However, there is a wealth of information in previous threads, as well!
I used them last season and bent several badly. On looser bark trees they were terrible but on the right tree they were great. I went back to Muddy's but may give them another go. When they worked they were my favorite.

If the rope isn't under the standoff or if the standoffs are not making even contact it is definitely possible to bend them. They're steel, bend them back lol (a few times, anyway)...

They are my go to method naider/swaider and 3-4 steps will get me as high as I need to go.

Got a message from Andrew on IG last night. Sent emails and messages about a week ago. Says very backed and sorry for the wait. Not sure what that means time wise. Probably a long time im guessing.
I had a set for 2 month so far and I am having similar issues with steps not caming over on moderately rough
bark trees. When I do get them to cam over after fiddling with rope tightening they make a pretty good thump.
Not the most efficient climbing method when hunting close to bedding areas.
Any thoughts or suggestions on how to get them to cam over easier ?
I hung them on tree in yard and left them for a week when I 1st got them to help stretch out ropes.
I will give them this season to figure out, or they will be for sale.
Using some Muddy pro-sticks last hunt.

Just don't let them go at the end. Guide the step down until its set. It's more important to set up quiet than fast and as we know slow is fast and slow is quiet.
Agreed.
On rougher barked trees or trees with softer bark sometimes it helps to cam it over, then undo it and cam it again. The first time will crush the bark in the area so the second time it will be more secure. Once you get used to it it kinda just becomes second nature.

Got some steps in today. Learning things around here. Like you cant even ask about buying something without getting threads deleted. But anyway, got more steps coming this week too. Should be set , going to try them out this afternoon. Ditched the Phantom saddle, it wasnt for me.

I bought some used Muddy sticks and they are pretty noisy. I followed some
advise and took they apart to lubricate washers, will try them later this week.
