I ordered a versa strap for it this week. I like the versa button concept in lieu of the big og strap just have to address this possible concern of diformation from wear with bolting through the plate

I’m surprised not more people have modified these stands

Anobody I used a Lonewolf strap on my Windwalker and it is really slick.Just ran it through like the original and used a Lonewolf easy hang hook on the end.I also put a couple of bolts through the corners on the v of the platform and sharpened the ends.Just don’t leave them too long and they help with stability.Really like the Lonewolf post The leveling system would be nice

That's how mine is rigged except I have an aluminum carabiner instead of the hook.

Pretty much except for my hook is on the other end of the strap with it mounted as close to the stand as possible so it doesn’t rattle around and make noise.

had a whoopie on my loc-on spririt(original) it brought it down to just over 7lbs. Not bad for a pretty large platform!

Allen I think. It came with a bracket that can be bolted to your stand. I scrapped that, cut the stock down to what I needed and threaded it 7/16 coarse.

Thanks it was my first “custom” and nicest thing I’ve ever bought for hunting. I’m more of used guy but I have always wanted one of mikes bows and I finally did it She is 59 long 46@26

Here's mine. Game plan gear leach pack, 2 roknstraps, cottonwood outdoors bacpacknstrapnsystem. Pack has kill kit in it, and 10 aluminum strap on steps. Just over 12 lbs, all in. Pretty solI'd setup, gets me 20' easy.

My fix to this I believe will be adding either a bat wing or xop bracket to the back that should give the bolt some extra stability

Update? Were you able to add the batwing to this stand?
