Windwalker MODS

Bump an older thread here. Anyone ever found a way to mod a windwalker/limit so that the platform angle is adjustable? Just got a great deal on a loc on limit on Facebook marketplace and that’s the only downside. I’m thinking maybe Amsteel daisy chains as back ups to the cables so I could at least pull the platform up if I wanted to..
 
Replaced the camo strap with one from a limit it was rated higher. Use the camo one for the bottom it helps with side pressure.
2-1/4 bolts with rubber tubing for now holder.
Tree bark camo to match seat and pack.

Anyone mount a LWCG Sidekick on theirs? Looking at one for mine or another cheaper option that works. I saw one person with the Genesis 3D Turret on theirs but don't think I can drop $70 on a bow holder, $50 is pushing it.

This ones not a lwcg but the mod a few comments up seems to be a good solution!!!

I’ve been looking at the extended side kick they offer, but it’s been showing a 4+ week lead time. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work though.

Ordered their regular Sidekick a week ago (still hasn’t shipped) to give it a try. I’ll let you know how it works.
