    Oh probably then! I was trying to bury like 3 inches. I would never use the last loop anyway, but like you said, aesthetics. The tail is ok. I will put drink wrap just to make it look cleaner. But gosh is it much nicer. I really wish I could post pics. I gotta figure out how to reduce the file...

    From the video I watched I burried the end like a tail, not like a loop. I cant figure out how to make a loop, one line always pulls out the other under tension...so I just went straight and made a 3" tail.

    Did it! Came out great I think. Made a fid with a 6mm knitting needle from Michaels (walmart is 30min away) 15ft of amsteel, made a 7ft daisy chain. Burried the end with a bent wire. Tried to burn the end like paracord...amsteel doesn't like that too much lol. So I'll get some shrink wrap...

    That's what I keep hearing. The Cruzr for comfort by far. I'm definitely gonna rock my Phantom for the rest of the season. Wish I would have gotten the Cruzr looking back, but hind sight I guess. I applaud u guys that are gettin in 12 hour sits. I'm def gonna try and get there during the rut.

    Yea thats what i did this past weekend. Did 4 hours in the morning, got down, ate subway, and got back up for 5 hours in the evening. Def doable. But i liked the break in between. The rut will be a different story.

    I'm generally pretty comfortable. I just have a slight pinch on the 4 "corners" after a while. Maybe cuz I'm a skinny dude and I'm in a "one size fits all" saddle. Haven't really figured it out. But I'm trying to get my sweet spot settled

    Everything is Tethrd. Phantom saddle with adjustable bridge, Predator Platform. Tether is from them also and it's got a ropeman on it. Wear knee pads and backpack is placed right infront of me.
