The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. I sit at a desk and I can tell you I'm not going to make it that long.

Me too....I have moved up from 12oz to 16oz curls at the end of the day though to make up for sitting at a desk all day and trying to build up strengthI sit at a desk and I can tell you I'm not going to make it that long.
I liked this quote “your body tells you when it’s time to go.”
He also plans on devoting his retirement to farming and traveling to the South Pacific. Amazing.
