This past weekend was awesome and I don’t think I will be able to top for a while. We jumped a few thousand birds getting into the hole mid morning and they flew back in all day. Had a few groups of 50-100 pintails work throughout the afternoon. Teal were swimming in the decoys about 50% of the hunt. It was a very cool experience.

Total couch princess.

She refused to have anything to do with a bird. But she's young. My understanding is they've done bumper work and wings but that was her first hunt. Definitely made me appreciate how lucky I got with Amos. He's a peckerhead, but he'd bulldoze through razor wire to get at a bird. Can't teach that.
