As the title states this is a carbon arm and base from 4th arrow. Base has been stealth stripped while the arm is covered in camo form. The camera arm ball has been sponge painted. It includes a overcenter buckle with hook for attachement. The fluid head is brand new never used manfrotto xpro 2 way pan tilt fluid video head. The fluid head arm is interchangeable between sides to fit your preference. Altogether $220 or b/o paypal friends and family only!!
