I recently ordered 2 silent approach steps. To try something. And it worked better than I thought it might. I took one of the steps ran the predator strap though it. And when I put it on a tree I put the step on the back side of the tree. For additional foot support. It works great very stable allows you to get around the tree on either side for very comfortable 360 shooting. And you can brace witch every leg is against the tree for a solid shot

Ive preached that for a year now.
Here is a predator with a Squirrel step.
Only need one step on the strong side. Weak side is my top step of my climbing method, usually a bolt.
I like having just 1 step on the strap because it makes wrapping and unwrapping quieter and less complicated than trying to manage multiple steps on the strap.

Any issue getting the platform tight with the step on it?
