Anyone add shoulder straps to their saddle?

So I think the benefit of shoulder straps is saddle mgmt not life support. I added a set of LW stand straps to my H2 just to carry the weight of the bags better. When you have two loader sys haulers that SOB is heavy and a 2 mile walk in doesn't sit well on the hips. I haven't had a chance to try it in the field yet but I'll start a thread when I do. I'm thinking this should be a custom option though. It'd take next to nothing to add some attachment points to the saddle to add a removable set. Turns your saddle into a highly modular fannypack as well as a stand.

I run my Lineman's belt across one of my shoulders and connect it to the loops on both sides...it holds the saddle up nicely while walking into your set...when you get ready to go up the tree you just unhook the biner and put the belt around the tree as usual...this may work for you also

I'm new to saddle hunting - I use my linesman rope reconnect it to the loops (creates a secondary small bridge) and connect it to my treestand wingman as a secondary system (the wingman also doubles as my pullup rope). I'm going to use my carry as I go sling aider to make a chest harness as my back band.

If you use your saddle tether and LB after the second stick height, your chances of injury go way down. Guys don’t like using a tether with a LB because it takes longer. I’d rather take 10 extra minutes and come home safe.
