Anyone put wire aiders on their Skeletors?

Hello, I am considering switching from the amsteel aiders I have to wire ones for my Skeletors. Has anyone done this? Do you put the eyelets under the rope containment "knob"? If you have pictures I would truly appreciate it.

Thanks

I use the amsteel aiders with mine. Curious what advantage a wire aider would give you? Truly curious, thanks!

I have noticed that the amsteel is getting pinched when I fold the steps up. That wouldn't happen with wire aiders. I have some on my older Hawks, and thought about moving those to the Skeletors. I am just not sure about the connection. Also if anyone has used the wire aiders, if they liked them.

Interesting, I haven’t been getting any pinch on mine. If you decide to do the wire, post some pics for us to see

This is what I’m using on my Skeletor’s… to me it’s much better than Amsteel and you can take it with you on the way up.

I did so, but it threw off how they stack. It could definately work for just the top stick. I'm sure there are other ways.
I ended up splicing amsteel on there similar to the amsteel guys 'retractable.'

Here you go. As pic shows I thought best way was to bolt on tree side inside the stand off.
