So it would seem.. They were a husband and wife operation. And were elderly at that if i recall.
I had no issue contacting them either. I actually made a change to my order and they did that over the phone as well.
They told me all about the supply issues. But i was also nice, respectful, and understanding when we spoke. Alot of people now a' day go right into "nasty mode" when things arent what they were told. So its no wonder they just stopped replying.

If you read through this thread and elsewhere, they ripped off a ton of people. I'm assuming most of those people were initially very nice. I always was nice. I got an automatic email reply after my 3rd time (in like 9 months) emailing about my saddle.
I then emailed one last time asking to cancel the order and then contacted my credit card company.
This isn't a matter of being nice or not here. They very purposefully made off with thousands of other people's money and did not send them a saddle or refund their money. I only got my money back because Truist Visa bent their rules on dispute timing.
