Anyone tried the new trophyline ambush yet?

Mine arrives tomorrow. I will know more after a week in the woods with it!

I’ve hunted with mine 5-6 times now and really like it. This is my first saddle so I don’t have anything to compare it to. I just returned mine Monday morning and exchanged it for the smaller size. I believe ups is outside as I type this with my new one

I have had mine for a while. I love it. I like the web bridge and feel like it gives me the ability to pivot for offside shots.

I have really enjoyed mine. The saddle it's self is comfortable and functional, made with quality materials and craftsmanship, pouches are great as well. The only issue I've had that I modified is the prusik. It's not unbearable as I hunted with them for several days but just not optimal for me and is a super to easy modify or change them out. Over all I think it is a great system out of the box ready to hunt. Not to say that I wouldn't be just as satisfied with a different brand but the availability is what made my mind up over others that are on the market. I think TL hit a home run with it's timing and having saddles ready to ship.

I received the Ambush Lite 10/31/19, tried and tried to find the comfort zone but can't. When aligning the saddle at the bridge it seems like the bridge straps are sewn in at two different angles which may cause it to pull odd. The way the bridge is sewn( all Ambush saddles) in it can only be an equal pull on the bridge straps at one angle anything else will cause the straps to pull only on edges instead of across evenly on strap. It is made like a tank and would be as safe as anyone could find, fells ok when on and walking, fells less bulky than it looks. For the ones that can get comphy and like them I think you have a good safe saddle but I don't think I can dial it in.

Awesome saddle and the Trophyline has the Best customer service. For me it’s perfect. The lineman’s loops are in the right spot. The leg straps are robust enough to make them easy to get my legs in without removing my boots. And it doesn’t have a lot of extra hardware and there’s something about the thicker webbing. It seems to give it enough structural stability to make it easier for me to use....
Now if I could just find an assassin platform.

I hope I can reach them tomorrow. I tried all day Friday snd Saturday with no answer. I need to exchange my L/XL for the M/L.
Although it was a really good experience in the woods, I am swimming in the XL.
I'm 5'11, 195#. 36"-37" waist.

Is there a carabiner that will work well with the kong duck and their 2” webbing bridge?

Hey - I have the size 2 TLAL and just replaced it with a size 1. Much better.

I also have a Flex on order in size 2. Should I change it to a size 1 also? I am thinking I should....
