Anyone use pants with integrated knee pads?

external pads suck. to sweaty, then to stinky. 30 degrees and you'll still sweat in them. I always cut the internal pads down so they go in and out easy.
 
I've been using them 2 years and they work well enough for me (75% leaner). Did wear a spot out one one knee that I patched with tenacious tape.
