Better attachment accessories for the Kestrel

You use the nite ize for hanging the sticks or something different? Previously I would just hang a section at a time and go up and down. Always felt comfortable doing his and could be very quiet. Always worried about noise trying to climb and hang at the same time.

I use the nite ize for my sticks. Never had a problem with them getting twisted or messed up.

I only use 3 sticks. First one goes on the tree from the ground. Second and third go one on each hip with a nite ize tie.

I have used clips and D rings designed like the ones that go with the kestrel and like the simplistic attachment.

The small D rings aren't as good as a larger soft
Loop. The small clips would be a hassle one handed with gloves. A small carabiner type opening is better for that

I use the smallest nite eyz clip without issue on the same setup with my rescue gloves. It may not be for everyone but I like it.

On my Evo and sitdrag I use braided fishing line 100# for loops to hang sticks in. Will do same on Kestrel's molle loops.

IMG_1523.PNG I've been looking around and found these. I just wonder if the back side of them are thick enough to cause discomfort. I'm planning on wearing my backpack up the tree this year so I may not want anything attached to the back of the saddle. Of course if it ships on the first that should give me about 4 days to get everything figured out. Either way I thought these little grimlocks looked cool.
