Sounds like you need to fill your bucket with expanding foam so that your gas doesn’t resonate with such rumbling authority… lol I hear it makes climbing sticks more stealthy as well :sweatsmile:
 
Cadence, tone and timing. You should be practicing cadence and tone year ‘round. Timing? Well that comes with experience and a little bit of common sense.

That’s obviously where I fall short. I’ve discovered that for me, common sense is not very common :sweatsmile:

I don’t know but I am positive Becky at REI can give you the answer you seek. She has been bucket hunting for 2 decades and creates screamers in her spare time that are guaranteed to keep your bucket well below 3kN of force should it fall off your shoulders :sweatsmile:
