CGM Drop out pouches

I was interested in the Custom Gear Modification drop out pouches for one sticking . What's the big difference between the V1.0.and the V2.0 ? Does the V2.0 have the tie down that goes around your leg ? I have 3 different roll pouches on 3 of my saddles and was looking for something different to put on my Overwatch Transformer.

Both versions come with the leg strap. The V1 only mounts vertically (openings on top and bottom). The V2 mounts vertically or horizontally and has 2 straps with Ghooks to mount a stick to it, or it to a stick.
