Right now I have two savings and a checking t Regions bank. I’ve recently found out that Bank of America has a round up program. My girlfriend has an account and every time you use your debit card they round it up to the nearest dollar and deposit that into your savings. For her it’s about 40-50 extra dollars of free money in her account. Before I make a switch I was wondering if there was an app like acorns that does this and deposits it into your own account. I don’t like acorns because it deposits it into an investment portfolio. I need it in my personal savings for vacation funds for the family.

I also have B of A & just to be clear it rounds up & deposits the difference if your own money.... & your correct it’s about $40 depending on usage. You could also setup automatic drafts to savings on certain days ( after paydays or monthly) all through their app

Can't imagine that any institution is rounding up your purchases with their money. Acorns does the round-ups, but it's your own money.
