Cranford Rope ons.

When I use to work at a local bow shop I bought a bunch of Cranford rope on steps use them for years to climb and as a platform for my saddle . They work ok but it took a little time to put on the tree. Was thinking of taking the rope of and welding something on the step so I can put them on a ratchet strap.

I did this to 4 of mine. Welded 2 chain links to each one and ran heavy ratchet strap though them. It worked ok, but was super noisy and heavy, scraped that idea.
