I've had an old set of climbing sticks sitting around for 20 years and I finally decided to cut them down and see how they turned out. I had previously added the rope mod so I cut them to 22", added a 24" aider to the bottom, and they weigh right at 6lbs.

I'll definitely be replacing the rope with amsteel daisy chain and I may even drill holes in the sides too. I'm pretty happy with the way these turned out. I can't remember who makes these? Maybe Gorilla? Anybody recognize this brand? It was way before the lone wolf sticks came out.
