I saw a few deer on Saturday while walking down the street to help someone shovel. They were hanging in lowland cedar/pine thicket, like

A bit of a conundrum around creek bottoms, the huge rain we had just before the snowstorm left them pretty washed up and wetted out. Deer were still working through them but spending more time in high spots. Been a tough couple of weeks for our deer with mother nature.
Still haven't been in the woods this gun season. Hopefully a lucky Thanksgiving.
