1 Package of Hot Venison Italian Sausage
2Onions and 1 Sweet Pepper/ 1or 2 Jalapeños everything chopped or diced to the size you prefer.
Thaw out your sausage links, I like them the best on the grill but it’s been raining here and so I used the air fryer instead. I spray the fryer down with Pam and cook 6 links for 20minutes at 390 degrees.
Put your diced onions and peppers in a fry pan with some olive oil. Sauté them until they’re the consistency you like.
Throw everything in a bowl cut the sausage in about half inch blocks, condiments squirted on to taste. Quick and filling and little to no carbs and starches if you’re watching such things.
