With a username like that... Care to elaborate? Meaning I know that's body weight exercises, where do I learn more/find some workouts? Lol.
I’f I’d still have my IG I’d say go there but I deleted it shortly after going viral for fitness industry I have the knowledge already but even I stay watching calisthenics movement and fitnessFAQs on youtube they’re both legit.

I’ve got 10 cord of ash logs that need to be cut and moved, then be split and stacked. That work is great for building core strength. If any of you want exercise you’re welcome to come and get involved in my fitness routine.
Back in the day, when Larry Holmes was at his peak, his trainer would take him to a farm in the Poconos to split wood.
Larry said that was the best cardio and muscle work out that he would do before a fight.
I heat my house with wood and can attest to the intensity of the exertion required to manually split wood with a maul.
