Exit hole was fairly low (arm pit) but the blood trail was really good IMO. The area she ran was tons of head high weeds and shrubs. When it was in the “open” I could follow it at a walking pace easily through the woods. It didn’t take long to find new blood majority of the track with just me and my brother. It’s also one of the reasons I was so keen to back out and come back after dark is the blood was so good I wasn’t worried about that being an issue.
Stalker stickbow 19” ILF riser with Uukha ex1 evo2 limbs. I bought them both used but it would be hard for to consider anything but a stalker after shooting this one. I am limited in my recurve experience (2 years shooting) but really enjoy this bow. Would love to have matching limbs eventually, or just a new one to go next to it.
