went turkey hunting this morning and figured what the heck my butt always hurts sitting for a while on the ground so why not hang. not too bad but hard to shoot cause bridge is in way since your legs are lower than normal but doable. set up facing one way and sure enough he flew down behind me and i seen him coming down a logging road and was able to swing around the tree to hide behind it which i would not have been able to do sitiing on ground and he would have walked right beside me and busted me- i would not have killed this bird had i not been in a saddle. so then got to thinking if i turned around and put bridge behind me and used the tree for a back rest- kinda put alittle pressure behind the arms but you could sit for an hour or so with no problem and be able to rotate around tree if needed.. thinking maybe put a carabiner on two of the molys and move bridge back a litttle for turkey hunting kinda like the sit drag was intended for. if not will be getting a sit drag cause its better than the ground.

wasnt above - i just tethered in and sat right at ground level instead of sitting on ground. turkey hunting from a treestand is not legal.

Congrats. I bought a sit drag last year at the end of deer season. Just a great way to relax for deer hunting. I still have to mod it as a back up saddle.
