If they didn’t test them I think the bigger question is why didn’t they learn from their previous mistakes?

They can’t test every stick that goes out the door….or ships in from China.

My guess is they got their other shipment in before they did a recall so they decided to test all the sticks they had in stock.

It's not for optics to prioritize sales and making a buck rather than actually caring about safety... couldn't be...

Well i have had no personal experience with tethrd or any of thier products so for me they start with a clean slate. My opinion will start from this point on

Haha, every tethrd post turns into a roast ….and don’t even like to admit I have a tethrd back band, I wanted to replace it… but it has held up 2-3 seasons!

Got mine in today. 4 sticks weigh 4.2 pounds with the Amsteel Guy ropes on. I ditched the cheap factory ones. I’m hoping with all my toes and fingers crossed that they made these right this time…

Did anyone hear of anyone who had steps fail during testing?
As far as I know all of the steps passed and none were replaced with new ones due to failures.

I saw Ernie on FB said of all the sticks tested only 12 defective ones were found. That was a week or 2 ago.
