Good news I had to share

Today I received some good news that I think this crowd would appreciate.

I was informed I'm the beneficiary of 40 acres of quality hunting land and the land will be kept for my benefit for my lifetime and the lifetime of my son.

I've been looking to buy a small piece but land prices are nearly prohibitive. Now with this falling into my lap I don't have to worry about buying my own. I'm a happy guy to say the least!
