Just pulled the trigger on a vortex ranger. Ooh lala. So much nicer. 300 dollars but I can range in low light and not have to point it at the sky to read it
I got a Bushnell ARC a couple years ago on clearance, red lcd lettering is pretty nice in any light... but I remember before I found that deal, wanting a cheap range finder and finding nothing at all, so when I saw this, I figured someone else might be in that same spot, and this is better than bad guessing.
I have the Halo xr700 and it's great. Low light isn't there due to not being a lit display, but I'm never ranging in that low light of a condition anyways. If it's that low light chances are I'm shooting within 20 yards and don't need to range for that.
